Return and refund policy

Any products purchased can be returned to NUREENA.COM shall there be any defects in terms of size, color or material within 3 days after recipient received the parcel. NUREENA.COM  will replace the returned item with a new similar product.

 Before we decide to replace the defect item, the returned product will be checked with the receipt and the product should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange. NUREENA.COM  will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the products, customer will received their new order within THREE (3) days after the confirmation.

The return policy is not  applicable if the reason of return is solely due to the product not  fitting customer's taste.
